The computing device is configured to locate, a land descriptor wherein the land descriptor identifies a property. The computing device is configured to generate, a land machine-learning model, wherein the land machine-learning model utilizes the biological extraction as an input and outputs property elements. The computing device is configured to determine the suitability of the property utilizing the output property elements.
