A method for planting aquatic weeds by underwater suspension for the recovery of aquatic ecology comprises the following steps: 1) making a suspended aquatic weed bed apparatus: first making a frame-shaped main structure (4), and then providing a buoyancy means (3) and a mesh platform (1) for planting aquatic weeds on the main structure (4) 2) planting of the aquatic weeds: planting aquatic weeds in the mesh platform (1) for planting aquatic weeds of the suspended aquatic weed bed and 3) anchoring of the suspended aquatic weed bed: making an anchoring means (5) to secure the suspended aquatic weed bed in a body of water in a suspended manner. A suspended aquatic weed bed apparatus comprises a main structure (4), a buoyancy means (3) provided on the main structure (4), a mesh platform (1) for planting aquatic weeds installed within the main structure (4) and an anchoring means (5).
