The object of the present invention is to provide a solid food composition and a preparation method thereof. Wherein, the solid food composition also can be used as an instant soup suppress or prevent deterioration during storage when the dried food materials are contained therein, and contain large amounts of fats. The means of solving the problem is: the solid food composition is prepared by containing a powder raw material, a dried food material depending on requirement and a room-temperature solidified fat, wherein the powder raw material is dispersed in the room-temperature solidified fat with an insolable state. Therefore, a solid food composition containing large amounts of fats can be obtained, which can rapidly dissolve in a solvent heated to 90 DEG C or more, be used as an instant soup, also suppress and/or prevent the deterioration of the dried food materials contained therein during storage, and be used as a stewing food.
