PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which in a field of food, it is a current state to eat articles in which nutrient is far inferior to that of old crops, only a shape is same but there is no power of a crop itself further according to a change of a gastronomic culture and by full feeding and polyphagy, the balance of a living body becomes remarkably biased one, that can not be avoided on lifestyle, thereby is called a life-style related disease and it is a current state that an intractable disease and a peculiar disease that are not some years ago happen frequently.SOLUTION: The balance of a living body, detoxification, the improving of a physical condition, and nutrient assistance are aimed at, blood is made to flow smoothly, and antioxidation power, detoxification and a dietary supplement are aimed at seaweed (Sargassum fusiforme) is added to powerful vegetables (black sesame, black soybean) mainly composed of powerful black that are cultivated by a no pesticide or a reduced agrochemical and an organic fertilizer, an intestine called a second heart is straightened by enterobacteriaceae, and pure unrefined sugar of alkaline food and brewers yeast as a prime example of an enzyme group important to vital activity are combined.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】食の分野では、昔の作物からは遥かに栄養素が劣り、形だけは同じだが、作物自体の力の無い物を食しているのが現状だ。更に食文化の変化により豊色多食により、生体のバランスは著しく偏ったものとなり、生活習慣の上で、避けられないものとなっている。それにより生活習慣病と呼ばれ、ひと昔には無い難病奇病が多発している現状である。【解決手段】生体のバランス・解毒作用・体質改善・栄養補助の目的血液をサラサラにし、抗酸化力と解毒作用と栄養補助食品としての目的として、無農薬又は、減農薬、有機肥料で育てた力のある黒を主体とした野菜(黒ごま、黒大豆)に海草(ヒジキ)を入れ、更に解毒作用の力を持つ炭を加え、第二の心臓と云われる腸を腸内細菌で整え、アルカリ性食品の純黒糖と、生命活動に大切な酵素群の最たるものとしてビール酵母を配合した。【選択図】 なし
