The invention relates to an elastic bandage for orthopaedics and circulatory conditions and to a process for carrying out the same. According to the invention, the bandage consists of a fabric made of cotton yarns having a fineness Nm 34/1 and elastomer yarns having a diameter in the range of 500...950 &mum, arranged in a warp ratio of 4:1, and cotton yarns having a fineness Nm 85/2 in weft, double weave with filling warp in 5 shafts, with 1-5-2-4-3 pass, denting1,2,2 and a right edge ratio of 5+2. The process claimed by the invention consists in warping cotton yarns at a constant yarn tension of 43...47 gf, a speed of 214...254 m/min, denting, weaving in a narrow fabric weaving machine at a rate of at least 850 rpm, metering-inspection in the inspecting frame, at a speed of 25 m/h and 3-needle whipping in a whipping machine.Invenţia se referă la un pansament elastic pentru ortopedie şi afecţiuni circulatorii, şi la un procedeu de realizare a acestuia. Pansamentul conform invenţiei este alcătuit din ţesătură de fire de bumbac cu fineţea Nm de 34/1, şi fire de elastomer cu diametrul cuprins în intervalul 500...950 μm, dispuse în raport 4:1 în urzeală, şi fire de bumbac cu fineţea Nm de 85/2 în bătătură, legătură dublă cu urzeală de umplutură realizată în 5 iţe, cu năvădire 1-5-2-4-3, tragere în spată 1,2,2 şi cu un raport pentru margine de dreapta de 5+2. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în urzirea firelor de bumbac cu o tensiune constantă a firului de 43...47 gf, la o viteză de 214...254 m/min, năvădirea şi tragerea în spată, ţeserea pe o maşină de ţesut articole înguste la o turaţie de minimum 850 rot/min, control-metrat la rampa de control, la o viteză de 25 m/h, şi surfilare cu 3 ace, la o maşină de surfilat.
