PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic diagnosis apparatus capable of easily knowing whether a measurement region is appropriately positioned before bone density imaging, and also to provide a bone density measurement method.SOLUTION: Provided is a radiographic diagnosis apparatus 1 capable of acquiring fluoroscopic images, in which a controller 21 detects a measurement region for bone density measurement from a fluoroscopic image 50 before bone density imaging, checks if the measurement region is appropriate, and, if not, informs an operator of the effect. For example, an error notification is made if a measurement region (measurement ROI61) including the bone head, greater trochanter, lesser trochanter, and neck of the femur is not contained in an X-ray irradiation field, if another bone such as the ischium is contained in a neck ROI62, if the femur is tilted, or the like. Bone density imaging (two levels of X-ray irradiation, high and low) is made ready when the measurement region is confirmed appropriate for bone density imaging.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】 骨密度撮影前に測定領域のポジショニングが正しいか否かを容易に知ることが可能なX線画像診断装置及び骨密度測定方法を提供する。【解決手段】 透視像を取得可能なX線画像診断装置1において、制御装置21は、骨密度撮影の前に透視像50から骨密度測定の測定領域を検出し、測定領域が適正であるか否かを確認し、適正でない場合はユーザに通知する。例えば、大腿骨骨頭部、大転子、小転子、頸部を含む測定領域(測定ROI61)がX線照射野に入らない場合や、頸部ROI62内に坐骨等の他の骨が含まれる場合や、大腿骨が傾いている場合等にエラー通知を行う。骨密度の測定領域として適正であることが確認されると、骨密度撮影(高低2種類のX線照射)を開始できるようにする。【選択図】図2
