PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation system that enables performance evaluation of a hip protector by using the femoral neck stress effective for the index of a bone fracture of the femoral neck from a measured value capable of being simply measured.SOLUTION: An evaluation system includes: a thigh model comprising a simulated femur and a simulated soft tissue a simulated acetabular jig for supporting the simulated femur impact applying means for applying an impact to a hip protector a load cell disposed in the lower side of the simulated acetabular jig and a calculation device for calculating a cervical stress of the simulated femur on the basis of a load outputted by the load cell. The evaluation system evaluates performance of the hip protector by operation results using the calculation device. The calculation device has: a femoral head load acquisition unit for acquiring a load vector detected by a load cell as a femoral head load vector F and a neck stress calculation unit for calculating maximum shear stress/minimum principal stress loaded on the neck on the assumption that a neck is cylindrical and a neck deformation is a micro-level from the femoral head load vector F.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】簡便に測定が可能な測定値から大腿骨頚部の骨折の指標として有効な大腿骨頚部の応力を用いてヒッププロテクタの性能評価が可能な評価システムを提供すること。【解決手段】模擬大腿骨と模擬軟組織とからなる大腿部モデル、模擬大腿骨を支持する模擬寛骨臼治具、ヒッププロテクタに対して衝撃を加えるための衝撃付与手段、模擬寛骨臼治具の下側に配置されるロードセル及び該ロードセルから出力される荷重に基づき模擬大腿骨の頚部の応力を算出する演算装置を備え、演算装置による演算結果によりヒッププロテクタの性能を評価する評価システムであって、前記演算装置が、ロードセルにより検出された荷重ベクトルを骨頭荷重ベクトルFとして取得する骨頭荷重取得部と、骨頭荷重ベクトルFから、頚部が円筒状であり頚部の変形が微小であると仮定して、頚部に負荷される最大せん断応力/最小主応力を算出する頚部応力算出部と、を有する評価システム。【選択図】図1
