PURPOSE: An auxiliary apparatus for dispersing the load of a knee joint is provided to smoothly perform a bending and stretching exercise by maintaining a joint interval according to a weight load between a distal femur and a proximal tibia bone. CONSTITUTION: A first frame(10) includes a plurality of through holes for being combined with a femur(F). A second frame(20) has a plurality of through holes for being combined with a tibia bone(T). Bearings(31,32) are accepted by inserting a bolt(35) in the rotation center of a first frame and a second frame. A fastening device(40) is combined by inserting a screw(42) with/into the femur and the tibia bone. The through hole of the first frame and the second frame concentrically includes a tapping and boring hole in a plurality of spots.본 발명은 대퇴골(F)과 경골(T)을 연결하는 무릎관절 하중 분산을 위한 보조기구에 있어서: 상기 대퇴골(F)에 결합하도록 다수의 관통공을 지니고, 관통공 중의 하나를 회전중심으로 하는 구조의 제1프레임(10)； 상기 경골(T)에 결합하도록 다수의 관통공을 지니고, 관통공 중의 하나를 회전중심으로 하는 구조의 제2프레임(20)； 상기 제1프레임(10)과 제2프레임(20)의 회전중심에 볼트(35)를 개재하여 수용되는 베어링(31)(32)； 및 상기 제1프레임(10)과 제2프레임(20)이 각각 대퇴골(F)과 경골(T)에 스크류(42)를 개재하여 결합되도록 하는 체결수단(40)；을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.이에 따라, 원위 대퇴골과 근위 경골 사이에 고정되어 체중 부하에 따른 관절 간격을 유지하면서 굴신운동을 원활하게 수행하도록 조력하는 효과가 있다.
