This invention relates to a massager, which is placed between a supporting surface and a user having a portion to be massaged. The massager comprises a support member, a massaging unit, and a holding unit. The support member is abutted against the supporting surface. The massaging unit comprises a massaging body extended from the support member and having at least one bulged portion bulged toward the direction of the user. The holding unit is connected with the massaging unit for the user to hold. The holding unit may be turned toward the direction of the user by having the support member as a pivoting center to press the massaging unit against the portion to be massaged.
