According to an embodiment, a method for restoring a magnetic resonance image is provided. The method for restoring a magnetic resonance image can comprise the steps of: receiving echo planar imaging data; acquiring an even ordinal scan line image and an odd ordinal scan line image from K-spatial data of the echo planar imaging data; and restoring a loss portion by using the even ordinal scan line image and the odd ordinal scan line image.
