A foldable chair for the purpose of hunting and leisure, comprising a first (1) and a second (2) frame portion, mutually turnable around a first joint element (3). A seat (4) is jointably, via a second joint element (5), connected to the first frame portion (1). The seat is fixable, with variable positions, by fixing means (6) to the second frame portion. The frame portions (1,2) may be positioned in a first position with the seat (4) in used position, and a second position with the chair folded together.The foldable chair is especially characterised inthat at the lower side of the seat (4) at least one bow element (7) is provided, able to be positioned at a users shoulder when the chair is folded together.
