PURPOSE: A water purifying apparatus using the waste tire of an aircraft is provided to reduce costs by simply producing through using various wastes and to purify the water twice using aquatic plants and decontaminant. CONSTITUTION: A water purifying apparatus(10) includes an aircraft waste tire(12) and a Styrofoam(16). A waste net(14) is installed in the inner space of an aircraft tire to let aquatic plants grow. The Styrofoam is locked in between inner spaces to make the aircraft waste tire float easily on the surface of the water. A decontaminant(24) with an ability to purify water is additionally included and the decontaminant is connected to the lower part of the waste net with a line(22). Reeds are additionally included at the upper part of the waste net to make the aquatic plants grow.본 발명은 다양한 폐자원을 이용해 간단히 제작할 수 있고, 비용이 저렴하며, 수초와 정화제를 이용하여 2중의 수질정화능력을 가지는 항공기 폐타이어를 이용한 수질정화장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 또한, 본 발명은 다양한 형상을 구현하여 미적인 기능을 높이는 항공기 폐타이어를 이용한 수질정화 장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 상기 목적을 달성하기 위해, 항공기 폐타이어(12)를 이용한 수질정화장치(10)에 있어서, 수질정화능력이 있는 수초(18)가 자랄 수 있도록 내부 공간에 폐그물(14)이 설치되는 항공기 폐타이어(12)와 상기 항공기 폐타이어(12)를 수면 위에 용이하게 띄울 수 있도록 내부 공간 사이에 체결되는 스티로폼(16)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
