The purpose of the present invention is to provide a planting apparatus using a waste airplane tire, which is easily manufactured by using a waste airplane tire, enables seeds to grow for a long time by continuously supplying moisture to the seeds with a moisture absorbent capable of absorbing rainwater inserted inside the tire, and is able to prevent the seeds from losing by natural wind of the desert. The planting apparatus using a waste airplane tire comprises a waste airplane tire； an inner hole formed to store moisture around a hole of the waste airplane tire penetrating from top to bottom of the waste airplane tire； a moisture absorbent inserted into the hole of the waste airplane tire, corresponding to the shape of the inner hole, receiving rainwater from outside to store the moisture in the inner hole, and absorbing the moisture stored in the inner hole； and a settling part formed on the top of the moisture absorbent and mixed with nutrients for plants to settle solid seeds.본 발명은 항공기 폐타이어를 이용하여 간단히 제작할 수 있으며, 이 타이어의 내측에 빗물을 흡입할 수 있는 수분 흡입재를 삽입하여 뿌린 씨앗으로 지속적으로 수분을 공급함으로써, 씨앗이 장시간 동안 자랄 수 있도록 하고, 사막의 자연적인 바람에 의해 씨앗들이 유출되지 않도록 방지할 수 있는 항공기용 폐타이어를 이용한 식물조성장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 항공기 폐타이어를 이용한 식물조성장치는, 항공기 폐타이어와 상기 항공기 폐타이어의 상ㆍ하부를 관통하는 항공기 폐타이어 홀의 주위에 수분이 저장될 수 있도록 형성된 내측 홀과 상기 항공기 폐타이어 홀에 삽입됨과 아울러서 상기 내측 홀의 형상에 대응하며, 외부로부터 빗물을 공급받아 상기 내측 홀로 수분을 저장시키고, 상기 내측 홀에 저장된 수분을 흡입하는 수분 흡입재 및 상기 수분 흡입재의 상부에 형성되며, 식물 영양분과 혼합하여 고체화된 씨앗을 안착시킬 수 있도록 안착부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
