SOLUTION: This method for improving the rooting rate maximally is provided by immersing the cuttings of the Tsugaru cypress in a solution obtained by mixing 9.6 ml of Oxyberon liquid (made by Shionogi Pharmaceutical)in 1 L water, for one day, before planting them to soil.
