The present invention relates to a fusion peptide comprising dhFas-1 domain and MMP substrate and use thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a fusion peptide, comprising a) a dhFas-1 domain which is the fourth fas-1 domain of βig-h3 lacking H1 and H2 regions； b) a MMP (Matrix metalloproteinase) substrate； and c) a peptide comprising RGD motif and an use thereof for preventing and treating inflammatory disease. The fusion peptide of the present invention inhibits expension of rheumatoid arthritis by adhesion and migration of sinoviocytes and may be used for preventing or treating inflammatory disease by inhibiting infiltration of immune cells.La présente invention concerne un peptide de fusion comportant le domaine dhFas-1 et le substrat des MMP, ainsi que son utilisation. La présente invention concerne, plus précisément, un peptide de fusion, comprenant a) un domaine dhFas-1 qui est le quatrième domaine fas-1 de βig-h3 auquel manquent les régions H1 et H2 ； b) un substrat des MMP (métalloprotéinases matricielles) ； et c) un peptide comprenant le motif RGD, ainsi que son utilisation en vue de la prévention et du traitement des maladies inflammatoires. Le peptide de fusion de la présente invention inhibe le développement de la polyarthrite rhumatoïde par adhésion et migration des synoviocytes et peut être utilisé en vue de la prévention ou du traitement des maladies inflammatoires par inhibition de l'infiltration des cellules immunitaires.
