PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate conditions of individuals with higher accuracy by using information measured from other individuals present in the vicinity. SOLUTION: A sensor node 1 is provided with a detecting means for detecting other sensor nodes, a measuring means for measuring information about the conditions of the individuals and a transmitting means for transmitting measured information about the conditions and detected identification information about the other sensor nodes to a server. Furthermore, the server 3 is provided with a storing means for information about the individuals designed to store the information about the conditions of each individual in time series, a receiving means for receiving the information about the conditions of the own sensor node and the identification information about the other sensor nodes from each of the sensor nodes and storing the information in the storing means for the information about the individuals, a searching means for search of the information about the conditions corresponding to the received identification information about the other sensor nodes from the storing means for the information about the individuals and a judging means for judging whether or not the conditions of the individuals are abnormal on the basis of the information about the conditions of the other sensor nodes searched with the searching means and the information about the conditions of the own sensor node received with the receiving means.
