Disclosed is a high-intensity focused ultrasound operating device including: an operation handpiece that is provided with a handle portion which is used as an operators handle； a cartridge in which an ultrasound treatment unit generating a high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) is provided； and a driver driving the ultrasound treatment unit. The cartridge includes: a cartridge body that can be attached to and detached from the operation handpiece and has a cylindrical or bar shape to be capable of being inserted into an operation objects vagina； and a window coupled with a side surface of the cartridge body and provided such that the high-intensity focused ultrasound is transmitted. The cartridge body is provided with a protruding portion with which the window is coupled, the protruding portion being formed to protrude from the side surface of the cartridge body in a direction perpendicular to a length direction of the cartridge body. A surface including a boundary line between the protruding portion and the cartridge body is a curved surface.
