PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telescopic tip rod which correct inscribed state by utilizing a small-diameter rod body, when looseness or the like occurs in the inscribed state between an intermediate-diameter rod body and a large-diameter rod body.SOLUTION: The extendable telescopic rod is constituted so that each is switchable, between a state in which a tip rod 3 is stored in a middle rod 2 and a state in which the tip rod 3 is drawn out from the intermediate-diameter rod 2, and between a state in which the intermediate-diameter rod 2 is stored in a butt rod 1 and a state in which the intermediate-diameter rod 2 is drawn out from the butt rod 1.
