The present invention relates to a temperature maintaining device for cultivation under structures which heats and cools a facility by supplying heat emitted by a heat source (1) to the inside of a facility and includes a thermal medium pipe (100) which is connected to the heat source (1) and composed of an outer pipe (10) with first passages (12) and an inner pipe (20) which is inserted into the first passage (12) and which includes second passages (22). The first and second passages (12, 22) on one end of the thermal medium pipe (100) are mutually connected and the first and second flow passages (12, 22) on the other end thereof are connected to an outlet (1a) and an inlet (1b) of the heat source (1) so that thermal medium are circulated. Therefore, the temperatures of each section of the thermal medium pipe are uniformly maintained by an heat exchange between the thermal media as the thermal medium are supplied or recovered via the first and second passages formed on the single thermal medium pipe so that the inner temperature of the facility is generally and uniformly maintained and crops can be uniformly grown.본 발명은 열원(1)으로부터 발생되는 열매체를 시설 내부로 공급하여 냉ㆍ난방을 수행하는 시설재배용 온도유지장치에 있어서, 상기 열원(1)과 연결되고, 제1유로(12)가 형성되는 외관(10)과, 제1유로(12)상에 삽입되어 제2유로(22)가 형성되는 내관(20)으로 구성되는 열매관(100)이 구비되고, 상기 열매관(100) 일단부의 제1, 2유로(12)(22)는 서로 연통되고, 다른 일단부의 제1, 2유로(12)(22)는 상기 열원(1)의 토출구(1a)와 주입구(1b)에 연통되어 열매체가 순환되도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.이에 따라, 단일의 열매관에 형성된 제1, 2유로를 통하여 열매체가 공급 및 회수되면서 열매체간에 열교환으로 열매관의 구간별 방출열 온도가 균일하게 유지됨에 따라 시설 내부 온도가 전체적으로 균일하게 유지되면서 재배작물의 생육발달이 고르게 이루어지는 효과가 있다.
