PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying and preservation facility which can improve both of drying processing capacity and preservation ability of crop while avoiding upsizing of the facility.SOLUTION: A drying and preservation facility 100 comprises drying storages 1 and 2 with drying equipment 11 drying products to process at a temperature for drying, and a preservation storage 3 with a storing unit 12 storing the processed products after the drying at a temperature for preservation lower than the temperature for drying.
