PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a care cushion with a new structure, capable of rationally achieving two aims such as an aim of facilitating performing body position change, and an aim of performing stable retention of a body position.SOLUTION: A care cushion 1 which includes a bag-like skin material 2, and a cushion material 3 filled in the inside of the skin material 2 is configured to include a pocket part 6 inserted into the inside of a body part 5 supporting a body region of a person M in need of nursing care, in which a pocket part skin material 21 configuring the pocket part 6 is configured so as to be put in a reversed state and freely drawn from the body part 5, and a reversed extension part 7 for communicating the inside with the body part 5 in the drawn state is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】体位変換を行い易くするという目的と、体位の安定維持を行うという目的の二つの目的を合理的に達成できる、新規な構成を具えた介護用クッションを開発することを技術課題とした【解決手段】 袋状の表皮材2と、この表皮材2の内側に充填されるクッション材3とを具えた介護用クッション1であって、このものは、要介護者Mの身体部位を支持する本体部5に対し、その内側に入り込むポケット部6を具え、且つこのポケット部6を構成しているポケット部表皮材21は、本体部5から裏返し状にして引き出し自在に構成され、この引き出し状態において内側を本体部5と連通させた裏返し張出部7を形成することを特徴として成る。【選択図】図1
