PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of granular pellet formed bed soil is provided to manufacture the bed soil for raising the seeding and waterworks suitable for organic farming using granite soil in expanded and softened rice hulls. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of granular pellet formed bed soil comprises the following steps. A manufacturing acidity controlled granite soil by pulverizing 0.001-4mm of granite soil and adding an acidity controller to the pulverized bed soil； a manufacturing builder agent by expanding and softening rice hulls and mixing and pulverizing the expanded and softened rice hulls and the acidity controlled bed soil； manufacturing a pellet below 2mm-8mm in diameters by mixing 40-80 wt% of builder agent, 1-10 wt% of molasses, and 10-55 wt% of organic byproduct fertilizer； a manufacturing granular pellet formed bed soil by mixing 50-90 wt% of pelletized organic byproduct mixture and 10-50 wt% of expanded and softened rice hulls. The organic byproduct fertilizer is manufactured by vacuuming, fermenting, and drying 10-20 wt% of animal bones and fish meal, 2-10 wt% of rice bran and oil meal, 7-1 wt% of shells, 2-10 wt% of molasses, 15-25 wt% of carbohydrates, 2-8 wt% of expanded and softened rice hull, 2-8 wt% of fruit processing residuum, and 10-35 wt% of muck for 3-4 hours at 45-65°；C.
