PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of performing an inspection with all individuals deemed as cultivation objects with respect to determination technology of a glucosinolate inclusion/deletion character of a plant body and the technology executable in a short time by simple means.SOLUTION: A determination method of a glucosinolate inclusion/deletion character in a plant body includes: a step (first step) of obtaining an extract solution obtained by causing a seed of the plant belonging to brassicales or euphorbiaceae to be brought into contact with an aqueous solution or an alcoholic solution whose alcoholic content is more than 40% (v/v) or a composition obtained by processing the extract solution and a step (second step) of detecting the desired glucosinolate in the extract solution or the composition subsequent to the first step or an analogous compound associated therewith.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】 植物体のグルコシノレート含有/欠失形質の判定技術に関して、栽培対象である全個体を対象とした検査を可能とする技術であって、簡便な手法により短時間にて実行可能な技術を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 アブラナ目又はトウダイグサ科に属する植物の種子を、アルコール濃度40%(v/v)以上であるアルコールを含む水溶液若しくはアルコール溶液、に接触させて得られた抽出液、又は、前記抽出液を加工して得られた組成物、を得る工程(第1工程)、;及び、 前記第1工程の後、前記抽出液又は組成物中における所望のグルコシノレート又はそれに由来する類似化合物を検出する工程(第2工程)、; を含む、植物体におけるグルコシノレート含有/欠失形質の判定方法。【選択図】 図2
