PURPOSE: A dental filling machine is provided to enable a surgical operator to stably perform an endodontic operation on a patient. CONSTITUTION: A dental filling machine comprises a filling body(100), a cap unit(200), and a needle unit(300). The filling body comprises a push rod which moves by the driving of an actuator in the longitudinal direction, and a heating part which is placed on the coaxial line of the push rod. The cap unit surrounds the heating part and is rotationally installed in the filling body. A filling needle is formed on one side of the needle unit. A filling room is formed on the other side of the needle unit and is inserted into a heating unit. The needle unit is installed in the cap unit and discharges fillers by the push rod. The filling body is formed with a guide along the inner circumference thereof. The cap unit is formed with a guide protrusion which is inserted into the guide and is guided. An elastic spring is installed inside the guide to support the guide protrusion.본 발명은 충전니들부가 장착된 캡부를 시술위치에 맞게 시술자가 자유롭게 회전각도를 조절할 수 있게 함으로써, 시술자가 편안한 자세에서 안정적으로 근관시술을 할 수 있도록 한 자유각도로 회전 조절이 가능한 치과용 충전기를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.또한, 본 발명은 캡부가 모터와 같은 액츄에이터에 의해 자동으로 회전할 수 있도록 구성함으로써, 충전니들부를 손쉽고 안전하게 시술위치까지 회전시켜 사용할 수 있도록 한 자유각도로 회전 조절이 가능한 치과용 충전기를 제공하는데 다른 목적이 있다.
