The objective of the present invention is to provide a needle member for filling root canal which can easily and rapidly adjust rotation angles of a needle during surgery in order to facilitate the surgery by forming a cap including the needle is rotated and supported by a wheel and, specially, by arbitrarily adjusting the rotation angles of the needle by rotating the cap even when the wheel is inserted and installed in a root canal filler. In addition, the other objective of the present invention is to provide the needle member for filling root canal which facilitates bondage by combining the cap and wheel by uneven bond, and in which an operator can easily and rapidly rotate the cap unit and adjust angles in bonded state. The needle member for filling root canal according to an embodiment 1 of the present invention comprises: the cap unit which transfers through the needle as fillers are filled inside； and the needle member for filling root canal which is installed in the root canal filler using the wheel installed on the outer periphery of the cap unit.
