The present invention relates to a method for cultivating turfgrass enhancing drainage properties which comprises (a) a step of making 30-300 holes per square meter to be 1-20 cm deep in the soil where turfgrasses grow and develop； (b) and a step of filling substances which can be easily drained consisting of sand: peat moss: coco peat: rice husks: sawdust in a weight ratio of 75-85:3-7:3-7:3-7:3-7 and to turfgrasses cultivated by the same method having enhanced drainage properties. The cultivation method of the present invention is expected to be industrially effectively used.본 발명은 (a) 잔디가 생육하고 있는 토양에 1평방 미터당 30 내지 300개의 구멍을 1 내지 20cm 깊이로 내는 단계； 및 (b) 상기 (a) 단계의 구멍에 모래:피트모스:코코피트:왕겨:톱밥이 75~85:3~7:3~7:3~7:3~7의 중량비로 이루어진 배수가 용이한 물질을 채우는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수성을 증진시키는 잔디 재배 방법 및 상기의 방법에 의해 재배된 배수성이 증진된 잔디떼에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 재배 방법은 산업적으로 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
