Disclosed are methods and compositions of lightening the color of hair that has been recently contacted with a relaxing or straightening composition, the method comprising combining a bleach composition comprising at least one oxidizing agent selected from the group consisting of persulfates, perborates, percarbonates, their salts and mixtures thereof, and at least one rheology-modifying agent, with a developer composition comprising hydrogen peroxide and a cosmetically acceptable carrier in order to form a lightening composition, wherein the pH of the lightening composition is from about 2 to about 7 applying the lightening composition onto the hair leaving the lightening composition on the hair for a time period sufficient to achieve an increase of 1 to 4 in the tone height of the hair and rinsing the hair with water.Linvention porte sur des procédés et des compositions déclaircissement de la couleur de cheveux qui ont été récemment mis en contact avec une composition de défrisage ou de raidissage, le procédé comprenant la combinaison dune composition de décolorant comprenant au moins un agent doxydation choisi dans le groupe constitué par les persulfates, les perborates, les percarbonates, leurs sels et les mélanges de ceux-ci et au moins un agent modifiant la rhéologie, avec une composition de révélateur comprenant du peroxyde dhydrogène et un véhicule cosmétiquement acceptable afin de former une composition déclaircissement, le pH de la composition déclaircissement étant denviron 2 à environ 7 lapplication de la composition déclaircissement sur les cheveux le fait de laisser la composition déclaircissement sur les cheveux pendant une durée suffisante pour réaliser une augmentation de 1 à 4 en termes de hauteur de ton des cheveux et le rinçage des cheveux avec de leau.
