The present invention is a natural anti-bacterial macromolecule material, its manufacturing method is as follows: first, either a natural shellfish (such as clams, oyster shells, animal husbandry, a variety of natural shellfish shells), is treated after cleaning and high temperature calcination, and grinding by mixed machibes, to be a natural antibacterial powder. Its powder can be used as polymer additives or fillers prepared natural antimicrobial polymer and will be mixed with macromolecule through molten mixture process or wet blending solvent dissolving process . Natural antimicrobial polymer weight percentage is less than 40% of macromolecule material. Temperature of mixture process is 20-380℃. Screw velocity of mixture process is 50-10000 rpm. Natural shellfish can be oyster shells.本發明的目的是在提供一具天然抗菌高分子材料製造方法,其製備方法包含如下:提供一天然貝殼類,經清洗並烘乾和高溫鍛燒後,並粉碎研磨成天然抗菌粉體,接著,以混合機具(押出機、密鍊機、攪伴機),將天然抗菌粉體作為添加劑或填充物與高分子進行融熔摻混加工或以溶劑溶解溼式摻混加工製備出天然抗菌高分子;其中天然抗面粉體佔上述天然抗菌高分子之重量百分比為小於40%,天然抗菌粉體的粒徑為10nm-1000μm,摻混加工的混合機具溫度為20-380℃,摻混加工的混合機具螺桿轉速為50-10000 rpm,天然貝殼類可為蛤蠣殼粉。10‧‧‧天然貝殼類20‧‧‧清洗並烘乾30‧‧‧高溫鍛燒40‧‧‧粉碎研磨50‧‧‧天然抗菌粉體60‧‧‧混合機具61‧‧‧押出機6‧‧‧混合機具溫度7‧‧‧混合機具螺桿轉速62‧‧‧密鍊機63‧‧‧攪伴機70‧‧‧摻混加工75‧‧‧融熔摻混加工80‧‧‧溶劑溼式摻混加工81‧‧‧溶劑90‧‧‧天然抗菌高分子100‧‧‧高分子
