To provide a portable sensor, a tablet printing device and a tablet printing method capable of improving printing quality.SOLUTION: A portable sensor 1 according to an embodiment includes: a main body 2 which can be transported by a transport unit for transporting a tablet； a sensor 3 provided in the body 2 for detecting at least one of temperature, humidity, vibration and pressure； and an apparatus 4 for transmitting or storing any information of temperature, humidity, vibration and pressure detected by the sensor 3.
