One end of the suction tube (4) communicates, directly or indirectly, with a 3-dimentional intercommunication structure of the fluid guiding dressing layer (5). The moisture sensor is arranged, directly or indirectly, in the fluid guiding dressing layer (5). The spray tube (9) communicates, directly or indirectly, with the three-dimensional intercommunication structure of the fluid guiding dressing layer (5). The first temperature sensor is arranged, directly or indirectly, in the fluid guiding dressing layer (5). The moisture sensor and the first temperature sensor feed back, according to wound moisture and temperature control ranges configured by the smart moisture and temperature control console (1), real-time moisture and temperature information of a wound surface.
