In the present invention, a laver dryer is formed in which forming of laver is performed while moving in an endless track and drying is performed while dehydrating. The problems of laver dryer are as follows: since a sponge is pressurized during the dehydration of laver, the use time of the sponge is short so that the sponge is replaced frequently to decrease the productivity； and since the cushioning force of the sponge is lowered, the uniform dehydrating effect is lowered. The present invention is a very useful invention by providing a dehydrating apparatus capable of uniform dehydration to solve the problems.본 발명의 무한궤도로 이동하면서 해태를 성형하고 탈수하면서 건조가 이루어지는 해태 건조기를 형성하되 상기 해태 건조기의 문제점인 해태 탈수시에 가압하는 스펀지의 사용시간이 짧아 자주 교체가 이루어지므로 생산력이 떨어지는 점과 스펀지의 쿠션력이 떨어지므로 균일한 탈수효과가 떨어지는 점을 해결하도록 균일한 탈수가 이루어지는 탈수장치를 제공하는 데 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
