PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be used as a sunshade by mounting a cover main body when lifted to an upward position and to be used also as a guard cover by mounting the cover main body when lowered to a downward position.SOLUTION: The sunshade and guard cover is provided with a plurality of poles 3, 3, ... to be erected around a place to be used and the cover main body 4 supported by the poles 3 in a state that the cover main body functions as the sunshade by being mounted when lifted to upward positions of respective poles 3 and in a state that the cover main body functions as the guard cover by being mounted when lowered to downward positions of the respective poles 3. The pole 3 is provided with an elevating member 15 which moves along the pole 3, and fitting parts for fixing the elevating member 15 at the upward position are provided at an upper end position of the pole 3 and the elevating member 15, and an outer margin of the cover main body 4 is moored to the elevating member 15 and the pole 3 is supported in an erected state by a weight body 5.COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT【課題】 カバー本体を上方位置に引き上げて取り付けることにより日除けとして使用でき、また下方位置に下ろして取り付けることによりガードカバーとして使用できるようにした日除け兼ガードカバーを提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】 使用個所の周りに立てる複数本のポール3、3、3・・・と、各ポール3の上方位置に引き上げて取り付けることにより日除けとして機能する状態及び下方位置に下ろして取り付けることによりガードカバーとして機能する状態で前記ポール3に支持されるカバー本体4とを備えており、ポール3はポール3に沿って移動する昇降部材15を備え、ポール3の上端個所と昇降部材15には同昇降部材15を上方位置に固定する係止部が設けられ、且つ該昇降部材15には前記カバー本体4の外縁が繋留され、前記ポール3は、オモリ体5に立ち状態に支持しうるようにされたことを特徴とする。【選択図】 図1
