PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid surgical instrument with various spray shapes, capable of achieving different effects without changing an instrument and a nozzle.SOLUTION: A fluid surgical instrument 12 includes a nozzle 20 to which vibration is applied. During the operation of the nozzle, the direction of a jet 21 is changed to generate artificial blow-off motion, or only micro-motion is given to the nozzle to input a lateral pulse to a fluid jet, thereby changing the jet shape. Two effects can be combined with each other.
