The present invention relates to a method for extracting an extract from Phellinus linteus. Electrolyzed alkaline water having a small particle size through electrolysis is used by an extraction solvent for the Phellinus linteus. To prevent the destruction of active ingredients due to high-temperature water extraction, the ethanol and isopropanol are mixed for a low-temperature extraction operation for obtaining a beneficial Phellinus linteus extract. According to the present invention, the extraction method can be used to obtain the Phellinus linteus extract from Phellinus linteus powder by using the extraction solvent prepared by mixing weak alkaline water in pH 7.4-8.5, ethanol, and iso-propanol at the weight ratio of 20.5:10.5:10.5 at 60-70C for 4-6 hours. A method of using the extract from Phellinus linteus from Uzbekistan includes the process of obtaining the Phellinus linteus extract from Phellinus linteus powder by using the extraction solvent prepared by mixing weak alkaline water in pH 7.4-8.5, ethanol, and iso-propanol at the weight ratio of 20.5:10.5:10.5 at 60-70C for 4-6 hours. The Phellinus linteus extract is mixed with the aloe vera to alleviate atopic dermatitis, reduce skin irritation, and moisturize the skin.본 발명은 상황버섯 추출 시에 사용하는 추출용매로 전기분해하여 작은 입자크기를 갖는 전해 약알칼리수를 사용하며, 고온의 열수추출로 인한 유효성분의 파괴를 막기 위해 에탄올과 이소프로판올을 혼합하여 저온에서 추출하는 추출방법을 통하여 유용한 상황버섯 추출물을 얻을 수 있다.본원에서 적용되는 추출방법은 상황버섯 분말을 pH 7.4~8.5 범위의 약알칼리수와 에탄올과 iso-propanol이 2±0.5 : 1±0.5 : 1±0.5 중량비율로 혼합된 추출액을 이용하여 60~70℃ 범위에서 4~6시간 추출하여 상황버섯 추출액을 얻을 수 있다.또한 본원은 우즈벡산 상황버섯 추출액의 이용방법에서, 상황버섯 분말을 pH 7.4~8.5 범위의 약알칼리수와 에탄올과 iso-propanol이 2±0.5 : 1±0.5 : 1±0.5 중량비율로 혼합된 추출액을 이용하여 60~70℃ 범위에서 4~6시간 추출하여 상황버섯 추출액을 얻고 상기 상황버섯 추출액에 알로에베라젤과 혼합하여 아토피피부염 완화효과를 보이며, 피부 자극을 줄이고, 진정 보습효과를 제공하는 화장료 조성물로 이용하고자 하는 기술사상도 포함한다.
