A fluid food outpour adaptor that allows connection to different types of PEG catheters and enables supply of the contents of fluid food package without leakage. The fluid food outpour adaptor is characterized in that it has the shape of a tube, and that on the internal surface of its one end side is provided with a female screw threadedly engaging a male screw disposed on the outer circumference of spout constituting an orifice of fluid food package, and that on its other end side is provided with a tapered connection part extending toward the other end with its diameter gradually reduced, and that on the outer circumference of the tapered connection part is provided with an anti-skid wrought part and, disposed at at least one position, a small-thickness portion for cutting.
