PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement processed and formed product such as flowerpot, which has lighter weight, good air permeability, good water retention properties and good water absorption properties, and also to provide a production process of the cement processed and formed product. SOLUTION: This cement processed and formed product such as flowerpot 30 in the form of artificial wood, is produced by using a material containing a cement powder used as a base material and a lava powder which has 0.1-1 mm grain size and is used as aggregate, wherein the material is obtained by mixing the cement powder with the lava powder in a volume ratio of the lava powder to the cement powder of 1:6.
