The present invention concerns a hand instrument or tool for decorating plates or dishes or food products. A hand instrument or tool (1) formed by a curved receiving blade (2) which, according to a preferred embodiment, can be made from stainless metal and of which the edges (2a) and (2b) are partially rolled inwards close to the median line (2c) without ever coming into contact so as to adopt a frustoconical movement (2d) and form an open funnel (2e). The curved shape of the receiving blade (2) forms a reservoir (2i). The spout (2f) of the funnel (2e) has an opening of dimensions (2g) that vary depending on the model in order to facilitate the flow of the product which may be liquid or semi-pasty. The end of the spout (2f) is preformed from a rounded bevel (2j) to minimise contact with the support that is to be decorated. Le bec (2f) de lentonnoir (2e) possède une ouverture de dimension variable (2g) suivant le modèle afin de faciliter le passage du produit qui peut être liquide ou semi pâteux. Lextrémité du bec (2f) est préformée dun biseau arrondi (2j) pour minimiser le contact avec le support à décorer. Lextrémité haute de la palette incurvée (2) est munie dun moyen de solidarisation (2h) avec un manche ergonomique (3).
