PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of roasted laver capable of conducting sufficient sterilization of roasted laver, having no generation of color reversion phenomenon and capable of providing roasted laver having articulation at a prescribed level or more, and a heating treatment machine of roasted laver used for the method.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of roasted laver including a heating treatment process for treating fixed sheet-shaped laver with superheated steam for 1 sec. or longer.
