PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter to be driven to roll so that a seedling planting device is approximately in the horizontal attitude relative to a field surface when a travelling body is inclined in the lateral direction for stabilizing the attitude of planting seedlings.SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter includes: the seedling planting device 6 composed of a seedling table 4 on which seedlings are mounted in the rear of the travelling body 2 to travel in the field and a planting device 5 disposed under the seedling table 4 for taking the seedlings from the seedling table 4 to plant the seedlings in the field an inclination detecting member 53 for detecting the inclination amount of the seedling planting device 6 and a rolling mechanism R for turning the seedling planting device 6 in the lateral direction according to the detection by the inclination detecting member 53. The seedling transplanter also includes a rolling mechanism R2 disposed in the travelling body 2 to turn in the vertical direction according to the unevenness of the field. The travelling rolling mechanism R2 has travelling rolling detecting members 49L and 49R for detecting the turn by a prescribed amount or larger.
