Disclosed is a poultry breeding method using a larval feed of Ptecticus tenebrifer which ate blowfish. The disclosed poultry breeding method includes: a) a step of boiling blowfish in water； b) a step of cooling the boiled blowfish for more than 24 hours after the a step； c) a step of putting the boiled and cooled blowfish after the b) step in a container with the Ptecticus tenebrifer larvae and making the larval feed which ate blowfish by feeding and growing the Ptecticus tenebrifer larvae with the boiled blowfish for 8-9 days； and d) a step of feeding poultry by providing the feed produced after the c) step for the poultry.
