For that purpose viscosity meter contains transformer 10 of vibration type, having at least one measuring pipe 13 connected to pipeline for passage of aforementioned substance. Under effect from excitation device 16 measuring pipe 13 during operation is driven to vibrate so, that friction forces active in substance are created.
