PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the general effects and features of a material and to provide the general effects and features of the shape and use of a sintered compact while the structure of the sintered compact formed by sintering and forming chaff and an inorganic material such as clay provides a porous material for the intention of deodorization and odor elimination or the like and achieves the effective utilization of resources, also the structure composed of rare earth ores generating the radiation of a low dosage region or/and E negative electrons provides a product that generates a hormesis effect and a negative ion effect and achieves treatment and health maintenance, and both are the structures paying attention to the material characteristics. SOLUTION: A sintered hexagonal cylinder body for which the chaff and the clay are sintered is provided, by attachment or impregnation, with ultrafine particle powder of a micron unit or a nano unit composed of the rare earth ores including porphyritic granodiorite, maifan stones and monazite, etc., for generating the radiation of the low dosage region or the negative ion electrons, and the structure of the sintered hexagonal cylinder body is capable of demonstrating silicon, hormesis or negative ion effects.
