PURPOSE: An antibacterial composition using a rice bran fermentation with an antibacterial activity is provided to be used in antibacterial products. CONSTITUTION: An antibacterial composition contains a rice bran fermentation as an active ingredient, which is prepared by mixing carbon source, energy source, and rice bran, fermenting photosynthetic bacteria. The fermentation is prepared by additionally inoculating lactic acid bacteria and yeast with the photosynthetic bacteria and fermenting the mixture.
