Constitution: a timer (19) for time regulation and watering periodicity, a self-acting gate valve (18), a double parallelogram-like water circulation network (invented double tube) (10) characterised by two water courses ensuring the overflowing and usage water passage (13,12), secondary elastic flexible watering and water overflow hoses (11,7) positioned on the body of the invented double tube (10) as well as on the invented flowerpots and containers with use of nozzles (6) with hypsometric difference from the double tube for optimal fluid flow towards the drain network (14).
