PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily and inexpensively obtaining strawberry seeds of high commercial value. SOLUTION: The method for obtaining the strawberry seed includes adding an enzyme to a strawberry fruit, collecting the residue, and drying the residue.
