PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impress a user that an absorbent article has high absorption performance by giving the user an impression as if there were holes which actually do not exist on the absorbent article.SOLUTION: There are provided: a first skin surface sheet made of non-woven fabric and a second skin surface sheet 50 disposed between an absorber and the first skin surface sheet. The first skin surface sheet along fiber orientation in the first skin surface sheet has a formation index within a range between 180 and 557, and the second skin surface sheet orthogonal to a first direction has a colored part 55 composed of a plurality of dots long in the first direction. The colored part is visible from the skin facing surface side of the absorbent article through an area of the first skin surface sheet. Length A of the colored part in the first direction ranges from 0.5 mm to 85 mm. Length B of the colored part in the second direction ranges from 0.1 mm to 0.7 mm. A gap G1 between colored parts adjacent in the first direction is from 0.5 mm to 10 mm.
