PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope apparatus for measurement capable of reducing troublesome operation and improving operability, and to provide a program.

SOLUTION: A reference point designation part 18b designates two reference points on an object to be measured. A reference curve calculation means 18c calculates a reference curve approximating an outline of the object to be measured on the basis of the reference points. A defect structure point calculation part 18c calculates a defect structure point for composing the outline of defect formed in the object to be measured on the basis of the reference points and the reference curve. A defect size calculation part 18f measures the size of the defect on the basis of the defect structure point. A tone reduction part 18h reduces tone of an image based on a video signal.
