A blood sugar detecting device is disclosed and comprises a carrier, an air pump, a waterproof membrane, a microneedle patch, a sensing module and a control chip, the carrier has a receptacle and an outlet communicating with the receptacle, the air pump is disposed within the receptacle to be drove to transmit gas, which comprises an inlet for introducing gas into the air pump and exhausting from the outlet, the waterproof membrane covers on the inlet, the microneedle patch pastes on the carrier detectablely, and covers the inlet, which has a plurality of hollow microneedles and a liquid storage space, the liquid storage space communicates with the hollow microneedles and the inlet, the sensing module is disposed within the liquid storage space, and the control chip is disposed on the carrier and electrically couples with the sensing module, wherein the hollow microneedles are inserted into human skin, the liquid storage space can form a vacuum due to the negative pressure caused by the pump exhausting gas, thereby tissue liquid can be sucked into the liquid storage space for detecting the blood sugar of the tissue liquid by the sensing module.一種血糖偵測裝置,包含:具有容置槽及與之連通之出氣孔之載體;氣體泵浦,設置於容置槽內受驅動以傳導氣體,並設置至少一進氣孔,供氣體由進氣孔導入後,再由出氣孔排出;防水膜覆蓋於進氣孔上;微針貼片可拆卸地貼附於載體上且封蓋進氣孔,並具有複數個空心微針及與空心微針相通之容液空間,容液空間與進氣孔相連通;感測器模組容置於容液空間;控制晶片設置於載體上,並電連接感測器模組;其中,空心微針插入人體皮膚後,透過氣體泵浦抽取氣體,使得容液空間內形成負壓的真空狀態,汲取組織液進入該容液空間內,供感測器模組檢測。
