PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovery device for oil component in crude oil sludge by directly processing the crude oil sludge with hardly ingress of water into recovered oil component. SOLUTION: The recovery device for oil component in crude oil sludge includes: a vacuum evaporating tank 1 for vacuum evaporating processing crude oil sludge; a condenser 2 for cooling a vaporized material obtained by the vacuum evaporating tank 1; a first separator 3 for separating condensate obtained by the condenser 2 to a light oil component and water; and a pipe having a take-out valve of which one end is connected to the vacuum evaporating tank.
