The present invention relates to a coating method of a calcium phosphate layer with a hydrothermal method using an autoclave on an implant fixture and, more specifically, to coating method of a calcium phosphate layer using a hydrothermal method on an implant fixture, which is capable of improving bioactivity and properties through various surface treatments on the surface of titanium broadly used in a part of an implant fixture. According to the present invention, a coating method of a calcium phosphate layer using a hydrothermal method on an implant fixture comprises: a fixture blasting step for blasting the fixture surface； a fixture etching step for etching the surface of the blasted fixture using a sodium hydroxide solution； a calcium phosphate compound manufacturing step for manufacturing a calcium phosphate compound； and a fixture hydrothermal treatment step for coating a calcium phosphate layer with a hydrothermal method using an autoclave and a calcium phosphate compound on the etched fixture with a sodium hydroxide solution.본 발명은 임플란트 픽스쳐에 오토클레이브를 사용하여 수열법으로 인산칼슘층의 코팅방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 임플란트 픽스쳐 부분에 널리 사용되고 있는 티타튬의 표면에 다양한 표면처리를 통해 생체활성 및 특성을 향상시킬 수 있는 임플란트 픽스쳐에 수열법을 이용한 인산칼슘층 코팅방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 임플란트 픽스쳐에 수열법을 이용한 인산칼슘층 코팅방법은, 픽스쳐 표면을 블라스팅 하는 픽스쳐 블라스팅 단계； 블라스팅된 상기 픽스쳐의 표면을 수산화나트륨 용액을 이용하여 에칭을 하는 픽스쳐 에칭 단계； 인산칼슘화합물을 제조하는 인산칼슘화합물 제조단계； 및 수산화나트륨 용액으로 에칭된 상기 픽스쳐에 오토클레이브와 인산칼슘화합물을 이용하여 수열법으로 인산칼슘층을 코팅하는 픽스쳐 수열처리 단계； 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
